We stayed with David's brother, Stephen, and his beautiful, then pregnant, wife Alainna (picture taken by one of their friends). Their little Jonathan has now joined them. He is a precious addition. We had so much fun staying with them. They introduced us to the wonderful game of Pinochle. Also, Alainna made some amazing food (caramel apple cheese cake was my favorite- yum!)
Mandy and me! We had a little roommate reunion with my roomies. It was so good to see them and meet many of their significant others for the first time:)

We also had FHE/ game night with David's roomies. This is his roommate Matt. His wife just had their firs baby a few months ago- Sophia:)

David and I went to Hogle Zoo in SLC! We went there for one of our first dates. Oh how we love the Zoo:) Last time we were at Hogle zoo, we hadn't held hands yet:)

May 2008 (Zoo Date)
Spring Break 2010
After the zoo, we had a picnic lunch at This is the Place Monument. We did this same thing on our date about 2 years ago:) even the same picnic bench. David told me that when we were eating lunch on that date he was worried about the slightly unnatural flow of conversation. It's fun to reminisce on those small details.
On our way home we met Amy, Ian, and their darling baby McKinley. We became friends with them last summer when they were living in Othello. It was so fun to catch up with them and hold their cute baby. (we met at a nice little gas station in Burley). We would love to live within game night distance again someday:)
I guess it would have been too difficult to tell everyone about the - words can't describe how awesome it was - time that you had with the Newsome's. Haha
