March

green eggs and ham for Dr. Seuss week!

David went to Kansas City for 5 days for a Mosquito Control Conference when Tyson was 6 weeks old. It was the first week of March.  Scott Harris, who lives a few doors down, picked up Annika and took her to school each morning. And Jenn Jensen brought Annika home after school a few of the days. I was in the process of weaning Tyson. He has been such a lazy and tired nurser and I just worry about him losing weight, after what I went through with Esther baby. I need to know that he's eating enough. I can't nurse him with confidence. So bottles it is. I was proud of myself for getting Annika dressed up for Dr. Seuss days this week. I did however, and to Annika's disappointment skip the Dr. Seuss family breakfast on Friday. That would've just been too much to get everyone ready in time for 7:45 breakfast. Next year. :) Dena had us over for dinner one night too. She said she wants to have us over once a week for dinner during tennis season, which just started too. That made me cry in gratitude when she offered that. She is so good to our family.

We blessed Tyson Glenn at church the Sunday after David got home from Kansas City. We had Papi, Grandma and Grandpa Stock, Nathan and the kids, and Janelle and Brandon come over for lunch after church.

My friend, Brandy Stutz, altered this little vest I found at the thrift shop so it would fit for his blessing. I love this little outfit! He's such a little guy in his rolled down newborn pants! He's laying on the blessing blanket that Abuela (my great grandma, Mercedes Canals) crocheted.

I've had the feeling that Tyson is a very gentle spirit. We'll see if that's true in a few years. :)

Sweet little Esther is so cuddly after she wakes up from her naps. Sadly, doesn't nap every day anymore.

her bed (and her crib before this) is always full of stuffed animals, dolls, and blankets

We love going for walks around the farm! It's been fun to live at Glenn and Kathy's house while they're away.

naked yoga!

One Sunday, the kids and I walked down to the pond and around the junk yard. It's one of the perks of bottle feeding- leaving Tyson with Dad and being able to leave the house.

The kids got hot on the way home. Annika wanted to take her shirt off too but I told her she was too old. haha

sweet little monkey! He sometimes falls asleep just sitting in his bouncer while I'm busy in the kitchen.

Uncle Zack got her this unicorn shirt and we love it!

David sent me this picture while I was gone somewhere. He found her in here a little while after he got Tyson up from his nap. Such a funny girl! This girl has been potty trained since last fall. But since Tyson was born, she has pooped and peed in several different rooms in the house. ugh

This guy, on the other hand, has been struggling with pooping regularly since I switched to formula.

We were able to go to Annika's school for the snowy owl egg hunt (can't say Easter at school). It was so fun! Benson and Esther loved being there and Tyson slept through the whole thing in his car seat in the stroller. It was perfect.

Girls in their matching dresses! Benson has the best poses for photos!

Annika made this little trash can. She drew pictures of things that are good or bad for our bodies so we could play a game by putting them in the trash can if they were bad or the bag (covered in mac n cheese duck tape) if they were good for our bodies. She's been playing with Olivia Harris and getting into making things out of duck tape. I love her creativity!

We picked Annika up from school and went to Gram Pam's graveside on her birthday with Dena.

hummingbird cake for Gram Pam's birthday!

Papi bought these pjs for Benson. I always love seeing clothes repeated on the next kid.

These two shared a swing at Lion's Park. It was Tyson's first time in a park swing!
