Mayo

Dress up at its finest
Annika's first time getting her own ice cream at Frutaletas. Cotton candy flavor!

Benson loved it too. He was skwaking
my cute babies ready for church

I wanted to get a picture of Benson and me since we happened to match. I didn't even know Annika was pulling faces right next to us. What a character!

Benson is starting to enjoy walks more. He still starts yelling at me after about 15 minutes. Bringing a binky if it's a night time walk helps.

Annika loves bringing her dolls to Pam's Playground

One of his favorite things to do at Pam's Playground (PP); push and pull on the fence.

just chillaxin' with his foot up. I have a picture of Annika doing the same thing around his age.

visiting Daddy in his classroom. The kids LOVE doing this. We try to go during his lunch, but every once in a while I forget about early release or something and we end up visiting during one of his classes. We don't stay long. Benson loves to open daddy's little fridge.

Annika and Daddy went to the AVID ice cream party together. She loves going places with daddy. Also, she loves going anywhere. She is not a homebody like Benson.

We went to the petting zoo at OHS. Annika was much more friendly with the animals than last year. I think she said the bunnies were her favorite.

Annika's Easter dress from Papi.

we tried out kiwanis park and the kids loved it! It's nice and shaded for these hot days.

Annika and Brooklyn. The kids and I went to spend a Sunday night at Heather and Nathan's and take care of their kids. Their grandma had to leave a day before H and N got home from Costa Rica, so I filled in the gap. We all rode/walked to the park about 3/4 mile from their home. It was quite a sight I'm sure. We had 5 kids on some sort of bike and I was pushing three kids in the stroller. We had fun with the cousins, but I was exhausted and very ready to go home.

We have played in our little pool a few times. It is the perfect pool for Benson because he can crawl in and out over the inflated edges. They are both such dolls in their suits!

Annika was invited to Emily Raab's 4th bday party. I went with her and Bense came along too. We had a little bbq at Pam's Playground. This picture is of Annika watching the kids hit the pinata. I think it was her first pinata experience.

Benson loved the watermelon at Emily's party! He is a happy guy, especially when outside. I'm pretty sure he would prefer to live outside.

She did some serious damage to that pinata! not :)

This kid is a serious climber! I don't remember Annika being this into climbing at his age. If there is something higher than ground level that he can climb, he's there. He even climbed up on this 3 inch tall package. I really love watching him explore, but I have a feeling my life is going to be more stressful as he gets more adventurous and capable.

his first PB and J sandwich. loved it! :)

sometimes daddy likes to wear Annika's apron

Benson is such a yummy boy!

I love this dress.

daddy's favorite pass time. taking selfies.

after a few minutes at Beusy's house, I realized I hadn't seen Annika for a while. I found her right here, just driving Beusy's lawn mower.

just reading the newspaper

Benson's birthday! Zack took this picture at Blake and Julie's pool. Even though the pool heater was broken, the kids loved the water! We had a party at our house that night.

We were getting ready for bed and I realized we hadn't taken any pictures to document my 26th birthday! So here it is. I had a lovely birthday. Zack was in town. So Annika, Zack, and I went yard saling in the morning. We just hung out all day and then went to Papi's for dinner. We had bbqed chicken and baked veggies (brussel sprouts are so good!)
