4th of July

4th of July is so fun in Othello!

We went to the parade. (above- Mom and Heather) They handed out USA hats before the parade started! awesome!

This year there was a tennis tournament at the park. I convinced Heather that we would have fun playing doubles together, even though she has never played a real game of tennis. We didn't come close to winning our matches, but we did have a great time! I'm hoping we can make this a tradition.

David also played in the tennis tournament and did quite well. Here we are modeling our hardware. Heather and me with our "thanks for participating" medals. pretty impressive:) David also won a 50 pound bag of lawn fertilizer. only in Othello.
