So my new goal is one post/ month. I know it's a lofty aspiration, but I will do my best. I'm reaching for the stars. I might not actually touch the stars, but at least I won't end up with handfuls of mud.

We have been living in an apartment for about 1 1/2 months now. These pictures are of moving day. We piled my dad's truck high. It was so nice to move to a new place within the same town. Pretty low stress.

I canned peaches and tomatoes with my mom. Abby and Keenan were real big helpers- for the pictures.

We celebrated sweet David's birthday on the 14th. Dave and I babysat 5 kids, ages 4-16, for a week while their parents were on vacation. We celebrated his b-day at their house since we were staying there. (side note- we were happy to go home after this week. And we decided that we are not ready to have 5 kids right now. We'll take them one or two at a time:)

I just
love this boy!
My aunt Debbie, uncle Kevin, and their son Ethan came for Dustin's farewell weekend.

Zack modeling on the couch we got for FREE! It now has a couch cover and looks presentable.

We went to the Othello Rodeo. Dustin and I wore our boots! David didn't go because 1) there was a BYU game on, and 2) someone needed to stay with the kids (prioritized by David)

Dustin and Keenan enjoying the reclining seats in the back of the van. We watched a few minutes of Nacho Libre on the way home from the rodeo. Anything to keep us quiet:)

For the past several years, I have fixed Debbie's hair every time I see her. She always has product in it, so I just use water, a comb, and my hands. I know it's silly, but we love this tradition. It's usually done within the last hour before she leaves for home.

Enjoying some family time.

Debbie and me. I love her! She is so fun!

Mom packing Dustin's suitcases :(

Our last night with Dustin! I miss him. He is doing really well in Argentina- loving the food, learning the language, and realizing how much he loves us :)

I finally made it to one of Keenan's cross country meets. I am so proud of him! It brought back some tense feels and good memories watching those kids line up on the starting line. Cross country is a very emotional sport. I teared up a bit watching those kids work so hard. What a great sport!
